Positive impact is everything: I believe in leading with kindness, always. My goal is to leave projects, communities, and the world better than I found them, and my clients are committed to the same!
Never stop learning: Lots of curiosity plus a growth mindset are essential. Continuous learning allows me to be a better human, designer, and marketer—and I wouldn't have it any other way!
Obstacles are opportunities: Creative problem-solving knocks out overwhelm and turns challenges into just another bump on the trail. We’ll find our way over, around, or through, together.
Weekends are ours: I believe that time away from screens is crucial for our brains and creativity, so I encourage my clients to prioritize exploration, adventure, and time outside too! When I’m not at my laptop, you can find me outside—snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, enjoying the wildflowers, camera in hand, and with my border collie mixe Shadow at my feet.
Do it with purpose: Intention and strategy over fads, always. A deep sense of purpose brings focus to every project and supports high quality work that gets lasting results.
