Most marketing advice focuses on visibility.

→ Post more.
→ Show up consistently.
→ Get more eyes on your business.

And while visibility absolutely matters, it’s only one piece of an effective marketing system.

Marketing is also about building relationships, creating trust, guiding people toward action, and staying connected long after someone first finds you.

That’s exactly why I created The ACCN Marketing Framework.

ACCN (Pronounced “Action”) is a holistic marketing framework designed to help small businesses, creatives, and founder-led brands build marketing ecosystems that actually work.

Instead of treating marketing like a linear funnel with fragmented tactics, ACCN approaches it as an interconnected ecosystem where each part supports and strengthens the others over time.

The framework is built around four essential components:

  • Attract → How people discover you

  • Connect → How you build trust and relationships

  • Convert → How you guide people toward action

  • Nurture → How you maintain long-term relationships and momentum

Together, these four components create a more complete, strategic, and sustainable approach to marketing.

The Four Parts of The ACCN Framework

ATTRACT

Visibility & Discoverability

Attract is how people find your business in the first place.

This part of the framework focuses on strategic visibility, helping the right people find you through the platforms, content, and channels that make sense for your business.

This can include:

  • SEO and organic searchability

  • Social media visibility

  • Referral networks and partnerships

  • Platform optimization

  • Keyword strategy

  • Paid advertising

Attract is about being discoverable in the right places.

NURTURE

Retention, Referrals & Long-Term Growth

Nurture is what happens after someone buys, books, or engages with your business.

This is often the most overlooked part of marketing, even though it’s so so valuable.

Nurture focuses on maintaining relationships over time through:

  • Client experience

  • Post-purchase communication

  • Email newsletters

  • Repeat business systems and touchpoints

  • Referral strategies

Strong nurture systems create momentum that compounds. Happy clients refer people, past customers return, communities grow organically, and relationships deepen over time.

These efforts naturally feed back into Attract!

CONNECT

Trust, Clarity & Relationship Building

Once someone finds your business, Connect is what helps them understand who you are, what you do, and why it matters to them.

This is where trust begins to form and conversations begin to happen.

Connect includes:

  • Messaging clarity

  • Brand positioning & personality

  • Visual consistency

  • Valuable content

  • Consistent communication

  • Brand personality

  • Engagement

Connect turns attention into relationships.

CONVERT

Action & Decision-Making

Convert is how interest turns into action.

This part of the framework focuses on helping your people know what to do next and how to work with you.

That next step might be:

  • Booking a service or making a purchase

  • Submitting an inquiry

  • Joining an email list

  • Applying for a program

Convert includes:

  • Calls to action

  • Sales flow and customer journey

  • Website structure

  • Inquiry and booking systems

  • Offer clarity

  • Purchase experience

Let’s think in marketing ecosystems instead of linear funnels.

Traditional marketing funnels often look like a straight line:

Awareness → Consideration → Purchase → Done

But real businesses, and especially relationship-driven businesses, don’t actually grow that way.

The ACCN Framework was designed as an ecosystem instead of a funnel because each part influences the others.

The Strategic Marketing Audit step 1: discovery and baseline analytics | Snowdrop Creative

Your nurture systems strengthen attraction through referrals and word of mouth.
Strong connection improves conversion.
Better attraction brings in more aligned leads.
Clear conversion systems create stronger client experiences.

Everything is connected.

Instead of endlessly chasing more visibility, ACCN helps businesses create sustainable momentum over time.

That’s what makes the framework holistic and effective.

WHO THE ACCN FRAMEWORK IS FOR

The ACCN Framework is especially effective for:

  • Small businesses

  • Founder-led brands

  • Creatives and service providers

  • Relationship-based businesses

  • Businesses looking to build long-term brand reputation

  • Brands looking for a more strategic and sustainable marketing approach

It’s designed for businesses that want marketing to feel intentional, connected, and aligned.

APPLYING THE ACCN FRAMEWORK

The ACCN Framework serves as the strategic foundation behind the marketing work at Snowdrop Creative.

It’s used to evaluate, strengthen, and support full marketing ecosystems across visibility, messaging, systems, user journeys, and long-term client relationships.

The framework is currently applied through:

  • Strategic Audits

  • Ongoing marketing strategy and support

  • Email marketing systems

  • Website strategy

  • Brand operations consulting

Sustainable growth rarely comes from fixing just one isolated piece of marketing. We need to understand how the entire ecosystem works together.

THE GOAL OF ACCN

The goal of The ACCN Framework is simple:

To help businesses move from scattered marketing efforts to intentional marketing ecosystems that create visibility, trust, momentum, and long-term growth.

Marketing works better when the full system works together!

Have questions? I’ve got answers!

Everything you might be wondering about the ACCN Marketing Framework

  • Yes, because the channels we cover are totally custom to your business!

The Audit looks at your full marketing ecosystem with whatever that includes for you, like your website (including core SEO principles), social media, email marketing, ads, branding, and offline/in-person marketing efforts.

(If there are channels you don’t use or you don’t use yet, I’ll include recommendations for those in your Roadmap.)

  • This is a great fit for creatives, small business owners, and founder-led brands who already have offers in motion and want their marketing to catch up, feel better, or work more strategically.

Whether you’re a service provider, educator, creative, or multi-channel brand, the Audit adapts to your specific needs.

  • You’ll receive:

    • A detailed PDF Audit with summaries for each platform/channel (and what it all means)

    • A prioritized and actionable roadmap with Phase 1 and Phase 2 action steps (including quick wins and longer-term suggestions)

    • A Loom video walkthrough (and an optional call) so you’re never left wondering what anything means

    • Follow-up support

  • The full Audit typically takes 3-4 weeks from kickoff. You’ll fill out a short questionnaire and we’ll have an onboarding call to get started and share any needed access (like social accounts, email platforms, etc).

From there, I’ll dive in and keep you posted along the way.

  • Chances are good that you’re doing more than you realize, so, yes! Plus, a big purpose of the Audit is answering your “how to get there from here” questions.

The goal is to help you understand what’s already working, identify where to focus next, and build a plan that makes sense for your current capacity and goals.

  • Yup, we start with an Audit because it's impossible to create effective marketing without first understanding where you are and where you're trying to go.

The Audit gives us both the baseline we need to make smart recommendations and ensures that any ongoing work we do together is strategic rather than just busy work. Without this foundation, we'd essentially be guessing about what your business needs, and that's not fair to you or your investment.

Once we complete the Audit, we can absolutely continue working together through ongoing marketing and design support. The Audit makes sure that everything we do is targeted and effective.

  • Awesome! And, absolutely. This Audit helps put your brand into action. We’ll check out how you’re currently using your brand assets and identify ways they could be doing even more for you (like implementing your branding into your email templates for more visual consistency, or making sure that your website is technically optimized in addition to looking great).

This process shows you how to actually use your assets in the wild, so your marketing doesn’t just look good, but it works well too.

  • You’ve got options! Whether you want me to handle everything, prefer to stay hands-on with guidance and feedback, or need something in between, we can create a partnership that works for your business.

I’m always happy to chat with you about which options make the most sense for your business, and you don’t have to know or decide before we do the Audit!
